Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Generate profitable sales opportunities
  • Research prospects, cold call, lead follow though and sales execution
  • Prepare order documentation and discuss project implementation with internal team members
  • Receive continuous training based on carrier's new products and processes

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in direct sales
  • Previous telecom/IT experience
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Comfortable with all stages of the sales process

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage network projects with various carriers based on customer acceptance of sales-generated proposal
  • Generate paperwork as needed based on carrier requirements for order process
  • Provide on-going support to customers for trouble-shooting and service related issues
  • Accurately collect information from customers and vendors
  • Receive continuous training based on carrier's new products and processes

Requirements:

  • Prior telecom and project management experience
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
